Before laying the stencil, a plan for installing the stencil should be made. When laying the stencil, the actual requirements of the site should be recorded according to the actual requirements of the site personnel. When the construction reinforcement is thick and the welded mesh is not easily bent and twisted, 1-2 construction reinforcement bars can be welded to the top of the mesh and then inserted into the beam on both sides to obtain better stability. The commonly used reinforcing mesh nowadays are CRB600H cold rolled ribbed steel bars and CRB550 cold rolled steel bars. The bottom mesh of the stencil accepts both upright stencil insertion and mat insertion. The connection length of the stencil should not be less than 30dd outside the 1/4 net span area on the beam side. if the length exceeds 30dd, it means the overlapping part of the stencil is too heavy and the size of the stencil is not less than 250mm. when the diameter of the longitudinal stressed reinforcement in the lap area of the stencil is d≥10, the lap length of the stencil should be increased to 5d.
